Apparently Days Group own land near Asda Llansamlet and are proposing building a new retail park of shops "new to Swansea" ( assume it is the land across the road from Asdas which is currently unused )

Swansea City Centre as a shopping day out experience is long gone , market is still unique .
Castle Square , McDonalds down to Oxford Streets that awful pawn shop enroute .
What a sight for potential investors , no parking , zombies wandering about freely .
Love the place but , out of town calls for me now , big choice and free parking . | | | |
