I noted Anthony Wright on the first team bench v Boro and an earlier game. He has clearly been moved up to the first team alongside Sheehan. His teams always played flowing football.
Chris Llewellyn is back with the U21 and a new man with the U18.
I did not see any publicity over this.

I wouldn't have either anywhere near Businesses I owned and neither would I invest in anything they are involved in.
The both could come across well in interviews, but they wouldn't survive a month before I relieved them of their duties, doesn't take me long to suss most people out. | |

It appears to be buying promising young players from Europe and beyond and developing them to be top stars. Recruitment gas been up and down and with such a strategy patience is needed.
Broome and Kuharevych appear to have no made the grade.
Bianchini Vipotnik Key and Eom are still young and getting enty of game time and hopefully will mature and improve. The Championship is a tough place to play.
Ronald stared well but seems to have declined.
Franco is performing well but prone to costly errors at times . Tymon is still quite young and holding down his position. He should improve.
They all should improve actually along with Cotterill and Congreve. They if are fit all should develop. If they do not there is something wrong with the coaching. [Post edited 14 Mar 0:36]

I know lets trust scouts from all over the world to send us players rather than work hard with what you can produce ourselves.
Does that appear to be a bit hit and miss as a strategy lads …?
No its perfect …..
And this has actually happened …. Next to nobody should be brought in from afar below first team level. We can produce our own. | |

Yes but for every McBurnie, Dan James and Grimes there are 20 or 30 plus others like all the many Falkirk lads, Zabret, and Kenji Gorre… etc …
All costing us hard earned - and blocking our own local players progression.
Money that could have gone on our first team lets remember.
The choice is ….. cross fingers and have a gamble, or get working hard with the local lads.
And I know what model i prefer.
Getting the very best coaches is the critical part of all this.
Most certainly we should get the best we can afford from anywhere. | |
