You need to be like a Chef overseeing entiriety of restaurant from top to bottom, day in day out, blood & sweat, in short. Elect sort of "Lieutenant" that have accustomed with hardship along the way. 'Resume' can be a real sucker at times. This is not an advise, just a thought of what the heck is really going on around. The relegation only depicts the shortfall in certain key aspect & that goes with everyone the so called "QPR fans."
