Clearly they are all paid too much, are too comfortable and simply don't care about Villa - who are a really large club with massive support.

We had the same problem when we went down. Players past their best taking big money who know they won't win anything so go through the motions. We also had poor management at Board level. there are so many similarities. If they don't make some major changes they will go straight through to Div One.

I read this and feel sorry for Villa fans....but also thank our lucky stars for our new CEO, Sir Les and JFH.....the might Rangers are moving in exactly the right direction!
