| Mark Warburton Doing A Fantastic Job 11:10 - Mar 8 with 1160 views | NorthantsHoop | Mark Warburton is doing a fantastic job this season, along with his coaching team. The results we are getting especially at places where we have not won for years such as Preston, Hull and Millwall is brilliant. He has galvanised the team with limited resources and got us to be an attacking force with great potential. Always thought he was the right fit for the club and I have faith he can keep us progressing. [Post edited 8 Mar 2020 11:14]

There's never been a better ncentive for kids starting out in the game. In the past two seasons we've had two 16 year olds play for our under 23 team. I believe since Chris came to QPR, I think its 20 players that have made debuts while teenagers. I doubt that's ever happened at any time (or club) before. [Post edited 8 Mar 2020 12:59]

I'd add to this whoever it was at the club who structured Ramsey's contract in a way which persuaded him to slip back into a coaching role after the failed managerial stint. Exceptionally rare that, but a stroke of genius to both set it up that way and persuade him to stay over the last few years | | | |
