As sceptical as some fans are to motivational workers, he's probably more needed now that at any point last season. I presume our survival in the Prem is bridge too far and he got a comfortable pay off in the summer.

I've been wondering the same thing. Looks like he signed on for another season with us, but that team spirit that he supposedly helped build at the end of last season seems to be lost. He was given a lot of credit by both management and the players last year. What is he doing for us now?
