Has anyone had any recent experience ordering from the club shop online? Ordered the 3rd shirt online on 12 August, forgot about it for a couple of weeks, emailed 3 times chasing, no replies, forgot about it again, just had an email to say it has shipped.
I'm really only buying it as a way to use up QPR cash but strikes me as completely incompetent. Feels like an easy thing to get right and a careless thing to get wrong.
In fairness, perhaps they were waiting till the end of the window so I could decide to change the order and which of my favourite players I'd like on the back...
