Fair point, just looking at what we have to work with D.Mac is use to working in a similar environment. The average age of the Aberdeen side against Rangers in the cup replay was 21/22, and if we are sticking with the plan of bringing through the younger players it may just fit. He has probably achieved as much as he can at Aberdeen, although they are building a new stadium and he may want to see this through. |

Heading to NYC tomorrow for a week, is there an NYC R's group that get together to watch our games?
The week is pretty rammed but if there is a meeting point may just fit in the Bolton game.

As far as I know if he has a criminal record he will not be able to work in the States. Two of my colleagues have both been removed from a project team and replaced as both have a criminal record one GBH and the other theft, both over 10 years ago... |

We will do very well to get a point. Having watched the championship games so far, the other sides are well organised and have a game plan. I appreciate we are "work in progress" but we need to progress very quickly, particularly as we were poor yesterday and it is highly likely that three of the starters, Green, Philips and Austin are moving on. Their replacement in the current squad do not enhance the team or our prospects. |
