Kids for a £1 is not every game nor is bring a friend for £5, that's where it could improve for a start. Cash turnstiles on match days is another, other clubs manage it. |

I didn't say free entry and I didn't mention season tickets, which I pay for several and not complaining, I am talking about match day tickets. We need to get crowds back and match day ticket promotions are the quickest way.
Incidentally if we were letting people in for free we would not lose an extra £10M a year because we do not take that on ticket sales in a season. Plus there is the match day spend to build into any figures. |

More than the whole season of ticket sales? If so they could be more creative with the pricing structure of match day tickets. It's better to have a crowd in to enhance the atmosphere, didn't Germany go down the same route. |
