Money was spent . . . but sooo badly !!

Its been a downward spiral after the League cup win. And Crap recruitment ever since.
We sell Ben Davies and bring back in Neil Taylor who been kept out by Davies.
Leon ( still a god ), Rangel ( still a legend ) , Routledge should all have been replaced three years ago.
And this year ?
Roque Mesa - The only player with an ounce of vision - took three months to be given a chance and was chastised for ONE mistake against Watford when turning the game back for us
We bring back Bony who hadn't played regularly for three years and wasn't good enough to get into Man city or Stoke .
We get rid of Kingsley with only Rangel as back up
We let Montero ( who sent many class defenders running for their mothers ) go and replace him with Narsingh
That seven game start for Carvahal fooled us into forgetting we dead and buried at Christmas
Is all this Laudrups /his agents fault ? |

Measured roughly on memory map, I made it 50 miles from Mumbles Pier to Gowerton. ADD to that the 5 miles from the Leisure centre to Mumbles and the 2/3 miles extra if you want to go right out to Whitford point. AND obviously whichever way you get back from Gowerton to Swansea ( probably best to do the cycle path via Waunarllydd/Killay/Blackpill.
ALSO
Bear in mind the ups and downs of coastal paths will NOT be measured on maps and could add another 10-15 % to the distance. |

Apart from the penalty, he should have given at least three yellow cards to burnley players
( including one which would have been a second card so a red !! ) for deliberate obstructions and a couple of pull backs, AND why didn't he allow Siggy to take the corner at the end of the first half ?
Injury time . . he obviously couldn't get off the pitch quick enough. |

So Clements sees Taylor in third place . . . and Taylor asked to go down a division to get regular football . . .Hallelujah !! At last a manager who sees through the crap !
Clements sees Ayew as a more versatile player who can play in more than one position. . . And I seem to remember that Ayew was supposed to be a better player than his brother. |

Its not so much a personal crusade against Taylor , its more a frustration that He and his agent truly believe he's a world class player and that Neither Monk, nor Curtis ,nor Bradley and probably Jenkins too do not seem to realise how poor he is and I also believe his tantrum got Guidolin sacked ! |

Decent 7 ?? Why ?
Because he got into a shooting position from 30 yards out and blasted OVER the stands when Siggy was completely unmarked ahead and to his left ?
Or
because he gave the ball away passing back into our box - only a perfectly timed tackle from Mawson saving a potential goal
or
consistently receiving the ball in loads of space and then instead of doing something with it waits to be closed down before passing backwards into pressure !!
OR
pointing like a world class Bale ( of course he is only left footed too ! )
Doh !
Please PC see how well Guidolins last three matches were played with Taylor sulking on the bench |
