Catering revenue must be way down , so slow , a good manager would be getting staff to fly through orders, pre pull pints leading to half time then just top them up,
If it was my business of Catering I would possibly give staff a commission base and sort out speed and turnover |

Exactly, problem is the support is dropping like a stone , season ticket holders in a Swans on thd valley stronghold are not attending, that will be a worrying season ticket renewal,

You forgot to mention the Cardiff supporter in goal for Arsenal throwing the ball into his own net .
