The fourth round draw is set to take place at around 3.35pm on Sunday after the Manchester United-Liverpool tie which is being screened live on TV. ITV1 and FATV will broadcast the draw which is being held at Wembley. Town and Chelsea will be ball number 23. Despite the ongoing speculation, Roy Keane looks certain to be in charge of the Blues that game, with his pre-match press conference scheduled for Friday. However, bookmaker Paddy Power have stopped taking bets on the identity of the next Town manager after former Wigan, Bradford, Sheffield Wednesday and Derby boss Paul Jewell was backed down from 20/1 to 6/5.
