Exclusive: Council Plan To Cut Corners On Stadium

Council To Cut Corners In Stadium Project

Words By Phil Sumbler, Exclusive Picture by Billy Williams

Worrying news has hit us at JackArmy.net that Swansea council are planning to cut corners in the building of the new stadium, controversially given the working title of 'White Rock' by the council.

Our sources in Germany have unveiled an exclusive picture which details the final blueprint for the stadium which will be host to the Swans and the Whites from August 2005. The picture worryingly shows that the council are cutting costs in the building of the stadium, which could cause great concern within the football club as to the playability of the pitch once it is finished.

It is believed that these plans have been kept quiet from the football club during discussions over the facilities that will be available at White Rock and this is why the plans have been passed at the highest levels possible.

We tried to contact Council leader Lawrence Bailey over this picture but he was unavailable for comment. But we believe that you, the fans, have to see what our council have in store for you and are sure that it will make any arguments over the working title of the stadium pale into insignifcance.
