Barry and Brian are back to look ahead to the weekend action at Loftus Road and elsewhere on the sporting scene.

A winner each for myself and Brian last week – his accumulator came up giving him a small profit overall, I spent £40 on various nonsense but did back Alfreton and Eastwood to win in the FA Cup so made £28.11 of that back. Brian is down £223.50, the Challenger account is down £121.89. Barry Munnelly returns from the Irish sun to offer us his thoughts this week.

Brian Power
Man Utd let us down twice last week but we still made a profit. Ok 1.50 won’t allow us to buy that yacht in Monaco but it will allow you to pay for the sea sickness tablets. Burnley at home looks a tricky game as they are going well but I am going to go for us to beat them 2-1. We will stick with Cook for the first goal but will add Rowly into the mix. The Paddy Power meeting at Cheltenham will give Ruby Walsh and Paul Nicholls plenty of opportunity to check out the winners enclosure and we will have a Lucky 15 on that combination with 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. I am going cautious with our Football bet and the £10 treble this week will net a 9/1 payout.

I’m a celebrity or should that be I’m a non celebrity starts this week and the “stars this year” include Esther Rantzen who could eat an apple through a letter box, Robert Kilroy-Silk who isn’t going for the tan and Martina Navaratolova no jokes about her going into the bush. The eye candy is Joe Coles missus Carly Zucker and a couple of Rangers connection in Nicola Mclean who is Tommy “Why didn’t he square it to Andy Thomson” Williams other half and Dani Behr (Not her brother Yogi) who used to be Sir Les’s squeeze. We will have 7.50 on Ex eastender Joe Swash to win the competition and guarantee himself a nice lucrative pantomime contract this time next year.

For the weekend:
£7.50 QPR to beat Burnley 2-1 8/1 WH
£5 Lee Cook to score 1st 14/1 WH
£5 Martin Rowlands to score 1st 16/1 Lads

£1 Lucky 15
Sat 1.25 Big fellathanks
Sat 2.35 Silverburn 7/2
Sunday 2.20 Rippling Ring 6/1
Sunday 2.25 Super Foreman

£10 treble Wolves Evs, Leicester 5/4 Peterborough 11/8 Skybet
£7.50 Joe Swash to win I’m a celeb 4/1 Paddy Power

The Challenger
For the football bets this weekend I’m looking at first goalscorer odds – Darren Bent is a bit of a donkey who has hit some form, Stevie G is best priced in his game, although very short. The same for Lampard, and Anelka surely cant do me in again by getting it the week I dont tip him??? Delph - good young player at Leeds with a powerful left foot quite well priced. I’m banking on three possible stalemates in a treble and Damion Stewart is 33/1 for the first goal against Burnley with Ladbrokes – how the hell is he such long odds? I would also have a couple of quid on Ruby Walsh to be top jockey at the Cheltenham festival as his partnership with Paul Nicholls is going to be immense this season.

For the weekend:
£1 Lucky 15 - 1st Goalscorers
Darren Bent (Fulham v Spurs) 5-1
Steven Gerrard (Bolton v Liverpool) 5-1
Frank Lumpard (West Brom v Scum) 5-1
Fabian Delph (Leeds v Huddersfield) 10-1

£10 Treble
Blackburn v Sunderland Draw 12-5
Barnsley v Watford Draw 12-5
Cardiff v Palace Draw 23-10

QPR Bets
£5 First Goalscorer
Damion Stewart 33-1 (How the hell is he such long odds?!)
£5 Correct Score
QPR to win 2-1 - 7-1
£5 Half time/full time
Burnley/QPR 22-1 (Hopeful thinking odds wise?!)

£10 Single - Silverburn 14.00 Cheltenham Paddy Power Gold Cup Handicap Chase 7-2. Ridden by Ruby Walsh
All prices with Ladbrokes
