Danny Mills is ******* returning? Monday, 31st Dec 2007 15:10 Surely he must be the most loaned-out player in the history of the game and rumour has it (not for the first time), he is on his way back to Elland Road! Danny Mills back at Elland Road in January? Its in the News of the World, the Sun's sister paper so it must be true. The much-travelled Mills, who made 95 league starts for Leeds between 99-04 is presently on-loan to another former club Charlton. Mills was shown the door by Peter Reid for publicly slagging-off our one-time primate-resembling boss. He spent what was our Premiership relegation season (2003/04) on-loan at Boro and was off-loaded in the fire sale of 2004 in the direction of Manchester City. He has made just 51 appearances for the blues, who sent him to Hull last season. Apparently his loan spell is about to run out at Charlton. He isn't part of Sven Goran Eriksson's plans and the 30-year-old "competitive" full-back could be heading to Elland Road. But didn't we hear this one this time last year?
