Even if Man U, Chelsea etc came in for him why would he go?

Managing Wales he says will be his greatest honour, it's his country. He's the first guy to qualify for nearly six decades. He's not going to throw away managing his country at a major final to manage a club he has no relationship with and would have huge pressure to do well at. He wouldn't even sign a 10 year deal at Real Madrid with a clause saying they couldn't sack him.

Fuk me ........ You don't believe that do you ?

I get where you are coming from, but the Swansea job is far bigger than the Wales job, let alone Man Utd or Chelsea. He may well want to see the job through even if a big club came in, but he is a professional and I would be amazed if he turned any Premier League club down.

With no disrespect to Chris, we are looking at bigger fish anyway.

I'm sure he's said in the past that he couldn't ever manage us, due to being a Jack and the pressure of failure would be to much to bare, his stance might have changed now though.

He did say that, I'm pretty sure he also said he had changed his mind a few years later though. Either way, moot point, better he stays where he is from Wales point of view and probably ours too.
