Tiger Woods... 19:10 - Jan 7 with 1527 viewsPadulas_Shampoo

Had won just two professional tournaments the last time we won an FA Cup tie outright. And he was three months away from his first major. Ben Hogan was still alive.

Bill Clinton was yet to begin his second term as President.

Damon Hill had just won the Sports Personality of the Year and was reigning world F1 Champion.

Sir Andy Murray was 9.

Ian Holloway had just begun dipping his toe in the management waters as player manager of Bristol Rovers. Marc Bircham hadn't yet made his debut for Millwall. Les Ferdinand was still at Newcastle. Olamide Shodipo's Mum was five and a half months pregnant. Neither Osman Kakay nor Niko Hamalainen had been born yet either.

Michael Owen had not made his professional debut for Liverpool. Matthias Sammer had just won the Ballon D'or. Sunderland were still playing at Roker Park. Peter Shilton was still a professional footballer.

Toni Braxton was number one with "Un-break My Heart". The Spice Girls had never released a single. Frank Sinatra was still alive.

For fv<k's sake.
