I thought the opening 1 min flummoxed our lot and it was a case of what to do now, Bristol were worth the win but only just, even with our thread bare squad we still seem to be able to compete at this level
The rough and tumble if this league is a far bigger concern to me than the teams, we have young kids playing their first proper season and once injuries and suspension kicks in I've no idea what team will turn out. |

Disagree with your first paragraph, whether we were particularly bad or they were good, they were well worthy winners, if it wasn't for Mulder or some poor decisions from their forwards it could / should have been 3/4. We've competed in our games up till now, but the youngsters enthusiasm and adrenaline will only go so far. We go to the Den next week, hardly the place for youngsters whose heads are going to be a bit down. Games come think and fast in this division, that's 3 games without a win already, you can drop like a stone in the championship in no time. |  |

I agree looks a great athlete footballer, his distribution was superb slipping in forwards second half. Overhit a few trying to do the correct thing i would swap Olsen for him tomorrow as Robbins did a job on him today pushing him onto his non existent right foot stopping us everytime more or less. Thoroughly deserved win for Bristol city, that's a team we need to measure up against. Never seen an opposing keeper so relaxed. Thought their fullback Kelly was outstanding, although maybe we didn't test him. If they don't go up soon,they will struggle to hold on to him.
