The elbow can also be a protection weapon as well as an attack one, i used to get taken out quite alot until an ex pro coach taught me how to protect myself.
I never got taken out off the ball again 😉
As ive said previously on this topic, this guy should try to do what he did on a rugby field, id give him a minute before he either ends up on the floor or in the sheds for an early bath. |

Been there a few times on holiday with the family, definitely windy as fcuk.
And yes he will get a ban and as Si says he should expect a knock on the floor by the plod for a bit of a chat. |

Its lucky you arent the manager, you would burn out several of our players.
I am the same as you, I am not happy with the point but I obviously see things differently to you, i see that we cannot totally dominate 90 minutes, as jack 247 said our players will tire in certain periods of the game, brum are a good team and as they showed they took over, especially when stansfield came on and we tired.
We werent shite in the second half, we still made several centre chances, I just accelt that brum played better than us.
Matos imo should have made substitutions earlier, putting on stamenic for fulton who had a great game but isnt as good on the ball as stamenic, he should have kept vip on for a bit longer as we lost his hold up skills and his physicality, wales should have replaced vip but later on.
He had to make subs as we have a vital game on Tuesday but imo he made the wrong choices, he will learn. |

Even though we hit the bar twice, created a several more chances and brum played ok, yeah we were sh!te 🙄

Considering the amount they have spent they flatter to deceive.
The longer they stay in the championship the better and i will take great pleasure in them doing so.
We should have 4 pts from both fixtures. |
