Turkey- Dalaman on 17:05 - May 24 with 5479 views | CamberleyR | Went to that area last summer to this place: https://www.tui-blue.com/en/hotels/tui-blue-sarigerme-park.html It's about a half hour drive from Dalaman airport. The main TUI website class it as 4+ but IMO it's not far off five star but not a five star price. It's a hotel owned directly by TUI themselves and has absolutely beautiful, immaculate grounds, lovely rooms which are spread throughout the grounds (except for a small three story main building), wi-fi everywhere on the complex and right on a lovely golden sandy beach. I would certainly holiday there again. It's also a bit German/Russian/Ukrainian centric as well as when we went, there weren't many Brits there, although it may have been the time of year (early June). Some might think though that's not a bad thing.

Turkey- Dalaman on 20:19 - May 24 with 5393 views | NoDiddley | Done Turkey 10 times, all the coasts, depends if you're doing a all inclusive or half board, If all in no need to wander out & get 'hello sir & madam, please come into my restaurant, best in Turkey' malarkey, which is a bit tiresome. Saying that the people are very friendly because they WANT YOUR MONEY!!!
Turkey- Dalaman on 17:24 - May 27 with 5146 views | TGRRRSSS | Fly into Dalaman, loads of nice areas, one recommen dation is Kalkan which is an hour or so from Dalaman on the coast, nearby is Patara Beach - Patara being birthplace of SAint Nick. Loads of restaurants, bars etc in Kalkan with various beach options nearby can be as cheap or as expensive as you like, you can go back into the mountains on "safari , white water rafting (a long day though) chill by the pool with loads of villa rentals or boutique hotels.

Turkey- Dalaman on 08:17 - May 28 with 4969 views | RblockPrior | Cheers all, yes it was the Hisaronu area we are going to. Going Self catering as we like to try a different restaurant each night. Looking at the weather is seems we should expect 30 degrees plus

When I went in early June a couple of years ago it was mid 30s all week and one afternoon it climbed to 42 degrees. I'd imagine August would be a few degrees warmer than June.

When you going? I’m out there 15/07 for 2 n bit weeks It will be hot easily 30+ but as your in hillside you’ll get a nice breeze, the evenings can be just as hot but all have massive fans in Try DelBoys restaurant, great food although it’s like a cafe but decent Go to Olu Deniz (beach) on local bus (dolmas) 10 mins away, lovely down there but couple £ more expensive, afternoons are chilled down there watching the para gliders come off nearby mountain, lovely with a cold Efes (lager) Fethiye harbour is also a nice visit via bus again but further, some cracking food places in and around the market area where you can buy your fresh meat or fish & the restaurants cook it for you free but they charge for what accompanies it & drinks obv Enjoy | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Turkey- Dalaman on 23:48 - May 28 with 4755 views | w7r | Took a villa in Kalkan back in 2015 and had a great time there, so much so that we were back there last year, it’s a really pleasant place. More for family and couples than singles. People are friendly, it’s fairly small, feels safe enough that I let my teenage and early twenties daughters go off in the evening for a few cocktails. Highly recommend Bharat for excellent food and cocktails, some of the eateries are pretty average but there’s a few very good ones. I find the places that badger you tend to be not so good.
