However, without wishing to put a dampner on things ..look at the team that Rodgers inherited compared to our current squad .
Of current squad I'd say Roberts and Cabango may make the bench,
Lowe, Fulton, Bidwell and Bennett may be squad players...

2-3 seasons is fine with me, transition variety for the upcoming season so would expect the ‘good, bad & ugly’ with hopefully gradual improvement as we move towards spring.
