Cut out the soft goals ...fine , but we dont look like scoring a goal . We had to drag a half fit Willock back to keep us in the game today . The goalkeeper last week No one else looks like scoring . In the middle of a drought the opposition keepers dont break sweat . |  | | |

Not sure that’s can even remotely be consider true to say we “don’t look like scoring a goal”
At the moment Dykes had that chance to score against Blackpool or lay it to Johansen. I’d say you be hard pushed to say we didn’t look like scoring a goal. Of course we did. Same when Laird cut it back to him
Or today just before Chair took that air shot from centre of an open goal or when Dykes was through 1 on 1 or when Armstrong received the ball on the edge of the 6 yard box. Each time we looked like scoring in those moments. Same when Paal cut it back to Willock or Laird got in behind again and again
I think today and Rotherham were the type of games that if we took the lead we could have really kicked on and won comfortably.
But both those teams away from home instead were given the chance to sit in and counter against an anxious crowd who haven’t seen many wins at all in 2022.
Hopefully we can get some luck and Nick a lead with our first chance against Watford just as Rotherham and Blackpool did against us. Then build from there without having to be open as you do when chasing a game | | | |
