He played well today but let’s not get carried away. He lacks some very basic attributes that make a good keeper - stature, bravery being two. But credit today for sure. |  |

Excellent today, but most of all he’s showed that strength of character that’s needed. He knows he’s made costly mistakes and has been low on confidence but he’s bounced back in style today and deserves praise. Three or four very good saves.

Did what he had to do to make up for others mistakes today, all players make them but goalie's tend to stand out.
Proving he is working on reducing those mistakes and is capable of doing so remains to be seen.
It must be noted a number of mistakes have come after our outfield player make mistakes or fail and unable to do the job asked of them.
Example Burnleys second game against us first goal I think. Manning missed a tackle, Cabango didn't track back with the man on the ball cutting across field because he thought he had to mark a player running off the ball, enabling a shot to be delivered which went throught Fishers hands.
Three mistakes in all but Fisher had to take the brunt of the criticism.
So to be fair to him he kept a clean sheet and kept us in the game. Hope he can keep learning and having clean sheets. | | | |

Yesterday he came out much more and his positioning was better. Do the basics right and his game will improve. | |
