This is maybe a dumb question and I am sure it is obvious somewhere, but how come the Wales Playoff semi and final is single legged played in Wales and not two legged in both countries?

Probably the Premier League’s fault for not letting them have sufficient time to play it over two legs.

As usual club football ruins what could have been a really exciting 2-leg contest.

I think it is UEFA who are at fault here, they are the ones that set the fixtures and the dates etc, this was done a long time before they knew who would be in them.
