Bizarre travelled with Pencoed Swansea & C*****f fans to Wales games always a great laugh both would turn on any supporter who had a go at anyone who had a go at anyone outside the group about club rivalries.
Experienced it 1st hand in Dublin.

I remember them in Morriston for the Wales game years ago, they plotted up in the Lamb & Flag pub right next door to the POLICE station and then realised they were miles away from The Liberty and then safely got escorted by the boys next door all the way through Morriston & Plasmarl the big hard men  | |

They didn't fancy walking back that's for sure and one of the park and ride buses with a police escort took them back to their cars in Lidls car park which by now all of Morriston knew they were parked there! It was like wacky races them leaving Morriston that night they didn't fancy hanging around...I suppose Anus missed that bit out of his book | |

I was out in Macedonia and go away fairly regular with Wales. I know a lot of Swansea and Cardiff fans and get on good with most of them. In fact there's been occasions when Swans and Cardiff fans have stuck up for each other. Thankfully we didn't see any bother in Macedonia but sadly there are still a few idiots about who need to grow up [Post edited 28 Mar 15:56]

When we go away we always meet up with at least 20, sometimes more and it's 50/50 swansea/cardiff, its the same as you, we all get on really well, no bother at all, I absolutely love these trips. | | | |

Just gave him a heads up , avoid Morriston if you a quick post match lemonade before hitting the M4 on your drive home , I hope he took that advice and his mates got home ok .
The Cross , Lamb and Flag , Crown Inn were not for the faint hearted punter calling in .
Myself always went into a Monkeyland boozer with a sensible head on and lived to tell the tale after getting out in one piece , did wear my Swans top as a safety net .
Going through Morriston these days I look back at them boarded up reclaimed and desolate site which I once haunted back in the day , I still smile at the memories . | | | |
