Issues with the Squad 10:52 - Mar 9 with 610 viewsPblockrowB

Over the course of this season there have been a few issues that have been noted from the upper loft

the amount of soft tissue injuries
The fact after 55-60 minutes are players look like they are running in treacle
The general lack of quality balls in the final third
The fact we have run players into the ground due to lack of depth
The lack of updates on players injuries
The general lack of depth
The fact we are playing Joe Walsh who is no where near championship quality
The lack of being able to do the basics (see boro game and simple passes)
The naive defending

Let me know if there are any more issue people can think of

Let me know if there are anymore

Lack of any obvious tactics and inability to change our approach if it goes pear shaped.
No adjustment in our style of play from the start to counter the opposition.
Reluctance to put on substitutes until it is too late to change the course of the game.
No obvious leadership on or off the pitch.
Inability to get above 50% possession home and away.

Over reliance on data

Over reliance on youth players to improve their profiles or not as the case maybe be.

Rejecting several long term veteran players that have provided stability, leadership and no amount of effort and talent over many seasons.

Non football people having more power that people that have had decades in the game from playing and administrative backgrounds.

Hanging managers and players out to dry by the hierarchy, but the hierarchy hiding away when the going gets tough.

Over reliance on data will be a difficult one to prove. Especially without data
