fair play to him on not accepting an OBE if one was offered. I really think that obe's should be reserved for feats of heroism, charity workers, fire fighters etc. It galls me to think that say phil Neville could be an obe for services to football yet some lady who has successfully adopted and reared 52 kids or whatever doesn't get one.
