MW is always on about Dom Ball banging on his door begging to play. MW mentions DB, JD, GT and Amos(greatest prospect he saw) in his interviews then completely by passes them for 60 caps for Ireland Hendick. Stick that in your pipes DB, JD, GT and Lukey Amos Shame that the 4 loans from last year have all had differing impacts Sam Field the only positive although he's been out injured for apprx 50% of his time with us

The view from the Pu — March on 16:13 - Mar 26 with 1258 views | jtuck | No need to apologize for being depressing. It IS a depressing situation and we are all suffering. I think many fans would be very pleased if Hendrick and Sanderson never played for Rangers again but I do not think it will play out like that. Other factors in our demise: Barbet dropped with no convincing explanation I have seen; last season's saviours Stefan J and Charlie A unfit/carrying injuries/not what they were; Dykes who is crucial to our best style of play showing how prone he is to injury at just the wrong time (he has played a lot of games over the past year, to be fair); squad rotation does not work so well at Championship level; AFCON absences did a number on us; Dickie and Dunne not as good as they looked initially or have just lost confidence; still too easy to play against and press. Also March saw one bright spot. Andre Gray. He even scored on international duty for Jamaica. Thanks for the thoughtful piece Steve.

I agree about Barbet. I was surprised about his being dropped but trusted their judgement. I don't agree that our situation is depressing. It's disappointing that we were incapable of taking advantage of a promising position.
