Well I've only met him and interviewed him once obviously. I was impressed, but intrigued. He doesn't speak like a football manager. Which I think can be quite a good thing - rather this than 'Arry's bloody schtick.
I can't work him out really, or what I think about him, but I'm increasingly impressed with what he says, and how our team is playing. |

People get bored of his style of football easily, which I can totally see, but rarely seem to ask what the alternative is, or what's realistic with their resources. Oxford is a League One sized club with a League One budget. |

Been top for a few weeks, lead slowly being whittled down from 10 points at one stage. Has held off Garnham, Enfield and WestonSuperR to be top of the league at Christmas.
