Actually had a really nice suggestion emailed into us today.
Given 'Ted v Bale' is a bit of iconic image for the message board...
We could have a thread each year where we post the best QPR-related pics of the season as we go along (Paul Smyth's backflip the other week for instance), and then in May we have a vote for the best QPR pic of the year and have a bit of an award in Ted's honour.
Thoughts?

If I can pinpoint which company and where it's appearing I can get it removed, but if I go to them with "big, horrible ads" they're just going to ask me for more details/screenshots. |

As much as I agree, it's not great for Varane to be bench sitting while a 30+ loanee plays 35 games in his spot. Unless you go up in which case all bets are off. |

Kamara, unfortunately, is currently having to do big minutes because of our issues in that area. I'd be surprised if that was the intention when he signed given his lack of action the year before, and we'll be fortunate to get away with it if it has to continue. |

It was QPRnet when it was on Rivals, but the name went with Ron and Simon when they went indie, so for a while it was just the QPR Rivals site but we had a thread to throw some ideas around and Ted came up with that ^^. Basically been my whole online identity ever since. |

God that's so sad, even though we'd been told it was coming.
A man who's been on this site as long as this site existed. The man who named the bloody thing. Father of the house.
Ted had an amazing ability to say in five words what takes most of the rest of us 500. He'd cut straight through the crap, tell you what he thought, and he was right. Can you ever remember Ted Hendrix being wrong, on any issue really? A real bellwether for opinions on here so goodness knows what a terrific man and influence this must have been to have as a father Dave, and Paul. I'm so sorry for you both.
I loved hearing about the QPR of the past from him, and he saw (and saw through) so many of the chancers that came later. Watching him chasing Gareth Bale around the Lower Loft giving it the old 'fck off out of here'. The iconic photograph. Legend.
RIP Ted and very best to Dave, Paul and the family. This will never be the same place again without him.
