The recent England game says this has caused so many more problems than its solved. 1. Adds many minutes of confusion and stoppages throughout. 2. Does not give the effect of machine decision as against humans as not only VAR officials analysing VAR footage but also requires Referee analysis of VAR footage afterwards also. 3. Does not remove clear and obvious errors. 4. Gives offside for toenail in an advantageous decision. 5. Cancelling a penalty decision because of a minor infringement thirty five seconds earlier, that are missed in games every few minutes anyhow. 6. Means you can never celebrate a goal in the moment. 7. Penalty overrules for ball blasted at a hand from twenty millimetres. If VAR was only used as a machine analysis, it could be over in seconds and if it allowed for miniscule offsides etc ie big toe offside as opposed to toenail and only allowed penalties to be overturned if blatantly obviously wrong decision. It's a techno world these days, it doesn't take an Einstein to use machines in a much more simplified way to add to the game as to become a massively overused and misused pain in the rear !!!
