Boruc is a certain as are Clyne and Shawe if fit. I think Ramirez will be bench first game unless he starts the next two friendlies, manages 90 minutes at least in the last game and plays well. I agree that the Maya/Lovren pair are probably the default starting line up at CB this season but Maya too needs to play and play well the next two matches to ensure he gets the starting place ahead of probably Fonte who may have the edge on experience ( and who scores fewer own goals than Jos) to help Lovren - though Jos might be played to counteract any perceived aerial threats this season as he is statistically our best headerer of the ball ....
Midfield I agree with the Wanyama, Schneiderlin Wanyame triumverate but up front I would retain Jrod and SRL. If Ramirez is not fit then at present i would play Puncheon who has shown more penetration in attack this preseason than Adam.
