Doomed...

So you predicted I'd be back ? Well done, have you got next weeks lottery numbers ?

Our board was torn apart by our Chairman panicking. If you're going to give a young manager a chance, then you should give them a chance.

We're in a right mess now and shouldn't be..

Doomed...

As the thread title says. We're fooked. The beginning of the end came when our Chairman panicked and sacked Eyre, who I still believe to this day would have kept us up, and we were actually trying to play football.
Huddersfield fans wanted him and Lillis to be given the job as they were playing good football, they've brought Robins in and they've gone again.
Coleman was an absolute joke and took us backwards, and as much as I love Keith Hill nothings changed. Can't see us going down but can only see us scrapping for league survival for the next few years.

yes, the 1% was his Accrington coat and kit with his initials on which he has had to leave. Accrington now looking for a manager with the initials JC so they can save a few quid.

Not sure myself to be honest, watched that many gash performances and games we should have won but didn't has probably got me confused

Coleman will 99% be installed as manager tomorrow. David isn't really up to it, and would only have ever been used as a stop gap to cover injuries.

Thats because you're a wind up merchant who isn't really a Rochdale fan.
Regardless of whether coleman comes in or not, Beech is clueless, and the fact he was knocking the chairmans door down telling him he could do a better job than the previous manager has come back to bite him on the arse

Just got back. Not for the faint of heart! In fact, not safe at all!
at 00:22 22 Jan 2012

Probably pushing it a bit saying loads, but we were the better team against Chesterfield at home, drew 1-1, unlucky against orient at home where we got hit on the break twice losing 2-0 despite dominating the game. I think we were the better team against Brentford yet lost again and the Yeovil game was ridiculous.

Another 6 points would have us 18th, yet under beech we can't see where our next point is coming from

I can't tell you that on a public forum for obvious reasons.

Loved you as Alan Partridge by the way

Yes, I'm Steve Eyre, you've sussed me out

I'm sure he'd have better things to do with his time

Ormerod is well past it and nowhere near fit enough. He had cramp after an hour at Hartlepool and shouldn't be starting. Bogdanovic is a good striker but getting no service.

He's not happy, along with the majority of the squad who felt we were on the verge of everything turning round under Eyre. We were the better team in lots of games where we didn't get a result. Unfortunately for Eyre its a results business, but the players think the chairman pressed the panic button far too early.
Beech isn't the answer.

Think that was the only guess I've posted on here, everything else has been genuine, including Coleman being offered the job this morning.

That wasn't info, that was just me guessing. I thought he would have been given longer, and still think he should.

The previous regime won't be getting a huge payoff, partly down to the contracts they had and partly down to them not wanting to leave the club massively out of pocket.
