It is being dealt with. The people living on the street are provided with cheap basic facilities in confined controlled areas. It is a carrot and stick approach.
Police notices allowing arrest in commercial areas and provision provided in our odf sight areas with toilets etc.
One problem of homeless is a people entering cafes to use the toilets if you are lucky..
The country has gone soft in the head..People with no self discipline do not need a two bedroom flat to turn into a slum which is bad news for the neighbours .
I bought British gas shares of the State when Mr Thatcher sold them cheaply.
It was split into BG and Centrica.BG was the exploration arm which did really well and was bought by Shell. I still hold Centrica shares. They go up and down like a yo yo and are low arm . They give me £250 a year on dividends. Millions of people bought them. back in the 1980s but most sold up for a quick profit after 3 years.
I agree. These struggling people need to be given cheap basic provisions in secure areas such as food warmth and medical provisions preferably out of the way of general citizens going about their work. This is happening in Cardiff where collections of the displaced have been causing trouble.
The police have issued some sort of notice on certain areas and "soup kitchen" provisions nearby our of sight. Local shops and a cafes are much happier..
I made the statement that BBC Wales started called the area " " West Wales" during the period Dyfed existed. It was some time back and based on my anecdotal recollections.
They still refer to West Wales meaning South West Wales today because they are sloppy. They do not even follow their own guidelines.
Akun the owner of Hull has a tV channel. Betting is strictly controlled in TC. He is being investigated for billboards advertising betting firms at football games abroad..
This type of thinking is what I have been highlighting and it is toxic and not good for the club. Football is for deep pockets and risk taking. I admire Levien and Kaplan they put their money on the table.
There are very few Welsh people like this due to our heritage of being employees not employers.
Back Coleman before you sign off. He is upfront confident and up for the scrap. The fans owners can bring their knitting to games.
That is a new one fair play. Cullen is 5 or 6 /10 every single game for Swansea according to respected journalists. If he is that good Swansea do not need a striker in January.
I hope this will give him a boost to kick on and get the 12-15 goals the club needs from him. The "True jack" tag buys him kudos Yates Kukharevych and Whittaker did not get
An Icelandic man I met on holiday today blamed the sub Þórhallsson who has only 6 caps in 24 and plays for Orlando. Cullen scored 4 in an u21 game v Everton v a 17 year old current hot prospect Jarod Branthwaite.
Many thanks. They appear to have sold the club from pennies as I understand it but would want up to £40m if the club returned to the PL.
The group s does sound like a hedge fund structure with minor investors paying Levien and Kaplan an annual fee for their " expertise". Their wisdom was seen by them as finding Huw Jenkins who was riding high in 2014- w. 2015. He has done miracles with no money sho should theoretically do much better with cash.
Weak managers allowed Jenkins to waste money which he had never done before apart from low cost flops like Tabanou Eder and Ngog. Bony was adept at passing medicals then needed 6 months to recover from them it seems.
People wondered how K&L made money. They were paid annual fees by the general investors like the fellow that had a whinge o youtube.
The investment turned sour and by the looks of it K&L waived their fees after the first year or two.
It could be that investors are twinned in someway with DC Utd which will be a huge money spinner for them inf the Saudis want a soccer team in downtown Washington for a bit of bonding withe the West.
This is always the thing with Cullen. He is never picked in his correct position no matter where he plays. He was no good at no 9 when I have seen him.
He could be the Teddy Sheringham role but needs pace alongside him as a with James and Johnson. I believe Colwill is way better than him in the 10 role but he is not perceived to work as hard defensively .
It has done wonders for Ollie Cooper and now Liam Cullen will be enthused to perform better. Cabango has proven himself also and got more experience forcing Mepham and Roberts out of the team.
Ollie and Liam are not kids and taken a long time to get to where that are now.
If the CPS do not prosecute something is badly wrong. It would be a green light for minority group Males to assault female police officers without consequences.
This would make it more likely that male police officers will dish out retaliation without going through proper procedures and is not in the public interest.
I do not believe this at all. Drug and alcohol do not help the homeless.
I agree in comfortable accomodations for people to get back on their feet. Those who chose not to or so non coherent due to drugs should be given minimalist shelter warmth and food to limit the cost to the taxpayers.
Not good enough for me. Trust the people of Wales to run Wales. The posth boys of Eton took us out of the EU. Absolute vandalism. What the Senedd has done is child's play compared to that and you know it. You prefer English people to run Wales and denigrate Welsh people outside the football bubble in lewd songs.
60+ and still snigger at teenage slurs. Cymru am byth keep it clean
Two easy finishes. Good for him. I want him to score 12-15 for Swansea. Agreed good assist for Johnson.
In the games I have seen him live his movement was poor. If he is improving then happy days. If he is the real deal he needs at least 10 for Swansea at 9 or 10.
