At Christmas as kids in the mid 80's my Nan and Grandad used to make me and my sister snowballs with Advocaat and lemonade, used to love it and at new year they would give us both 3 or 4 of them and we'd strangley fall alsleep quite quickly. Only realised how much booze was in them when i went round in my 20's and they made me one with my response being "Isn't this a kids drink" to which they laughed at me a lot
Didn't drink really in my teens, went to a mates 18th birthday drinks and was on pepsi all night but a mate was spiking it with vodka, i worked it out straight away but as my mates were happily paying for these drinks all night I went along and acted all shocked at the end of the night when I was rat arsed.
Only started drinking beer in my 20's which probably explains why i put on several stone once i got the taste for it |

I'm just going off what the man himself as said. He's heavily involved in the football side, not to the extent of being involved in training of course but setting the philosophy for how the teams play, who we sign, who we keep etc is all in his remit
He doesn't do it alone of course same as Ferdinand he has people working under him but ultimately he's in charge. His role is a hybrid role merging the DOF and CEO role into one |

Every interview I've seen with him he's spoke about his role being on the football side, He refers to himself as a sports minded ceo.
In his first interview he spoke about changing the game model of the club to restructure all teams in this vision. he's massivley invovled in the football side whether you think he's doing well or not |

Even though his form has dropped recently he's still a key player for us, depending on the money I'd give him another year, the diference between mid table and relegation are so small I tink we'd be mad to throw away some of the experience in this squad |

I had us winning just 2 more games with a few draws but finishing 16th, 7 points clear

Stoke, Derby & Plymouth down
Derby v Stoke on the last day will be intetresting, I was possibly too generous with Luton, had them staying up by 1 point |

Marti could be talking about anything really from injuries to personal issues making it a hard year but it's looked all season like an uneasy relationship between him and Nourry. I'd personally be surprsied if he is still here next season |
