Still got back up generators and a UPS system which kicked in as designed, unfortunately they are only designed to keep life safety systems going.
The real question should be why hasn’t Heathrow got a dual power supply fed from different sub stations that automatically switches over in the event of failure. |

I’d even go as far as to say our very own David Bardsley and Clive Wilson but were overlooked as they didn’t play for a “top” team! |
