Good report.
I came away from the game feeling the penalty decision might overshadow a good performance. Despite our dip at the end there was a lot to be pleased with in how we approached the game and how we played. Feeling very positive about Rangers at the moment. [Post edited 10 Oct 20:43]

Nothing more to add, just want say well done Rangers. We turned up and put in a shift. A fair result against a team who on paper should have won. |

Not looking forward to this. Would much prefer to be playing them at home. Can't see anything other than a West Ham win, only question is how many goals. |

Hope nobody’s thinking about a pre-match trip to Las Iguanas, don’t want anyone missing kick-off again! |

I was going to share my thoughts on Kolli, as he's not really been mentioned yet, but I'd rather mention the intro graphics - very nice!
On a serious note...I do appreciate the access and insight. I also think it's good your bringing in people like Hoopsa along with the other guest columnist. Overall there's a great range of content and voices. Well worth the Patreon fee.
As always, a lot to unpack with QPR. But for me, the proof is in the pudding. Let's see how we get on against West Ham. Injuries are the ever present spectre and the Kolli saga just adds to the anxiety. |

I like it, despite not seeing the connection to Syd Barrett. It's got a 90's feel to it, my only gripe is that badge would be better if it was stitched, as would the umbro logo. Small details really improve the quality. |

Do you mean 'UK National proverb'? Sorry, I'm getting my threads mixed up. When are we playing West Ham?! |

It turns out one of the arrested is a UK/Iranian duel national. Will be interesting to find out what motivated him, money, ideology?I’d be very surprised if the Islamic regime could find much support from ex-pat Iranian communities. Stranger things have happened! |

It's a known tactic of Iran and Russia to employ street gangs to carry out attacks on their behalf. There are various reason for using this tactic, one main one being that it's easier to distance themselves. It's also not just about the direct impact of the attack itself (which in most cases don't work) it's about causing confusion/fear/uncertainty (people claiming false flag, plays right into their hands) and demonstrating their reach, especially to dissidents who have sought safety abroad. The people arrested are unlikely to be terrorists in the commonly understood way, as in ideologically driven or a paid up member of a group.
This is nothing new, a famous example of this tactic was the Apartheid government using the Richardson gang to bug downing street. If you want to talk about false flags look a bit closer to home, there a some very noisy people who are claiming to be very patriotic, who I'm very suspicious of... anyway, I'm sure there's plenty more twists and turns to come.

Just want it on record that I nearly got Esquerdinha’s name printed on my QPR shirt. I went with Madsen in the end.
Enjoyed the article, thank you. |

Has anyone heard from the club about the shirts? I bought my end of July, they said it would be around 8 weeks. |

I love aggro at the football! My favourite bit is just before you don't fight, when you have your arms outstretched and your goading the away fans from behind a line of stewards, and you're holding yourself back by leaning back on your mates, cos you know if you didn't it would kick off big time! Fu*king love it! The girls love me! I've got respect from everyone because I spent all my money on a snide stone island jumper and I'm walking dictionary of insulting hand gestures. I'm exactly the kind of person that makes this country great! Tommy, Tommy, give us a line! Tommy, Tommy... |

Preparing my statement for 5 o'clock. Edit/delete as appropriate:
Buzzing for the game! London rivals, Friday night, what could go wrong? Seriously, if we can put in another PNE performance should be a great night out win or lose.

Classic FM was a cool sponsor, but I wasn’t so keen on the kit, the blue was too light. Brooks was another cool sponsor. The reissue looks great but the material feels horrible!
I really liked ‘Holland fly KML’. The kit is probably my favourite, such a clean design. I also like how there are different version with sponsor in varying sizes. I’ve been so tempted to buy a knock off version.
Compaq has special place in my heart as it was my first QPR kit. |

Still thinking about the game. The second half performance was one the most impressive displays of football I’ve seen from QPR in a long time. The first half we seemed a bit shell shocked but regained our composure second half and got the very minimum we deserved from the game. Everyone put in a shift. Even JS got a yellow! The bench went mental when we scored which showed how much it meant to everyone. Being in the ground, hearing how the fans got behind the team, incredible sense of belief from everyone! Felt very special. I’m sorry if that all sounds a bit over the top, but those last minute goals are absolutely mental, stays with you for a few days! |

Great atmosphere where I sit in the upper loft. Players deserved the support, fantastic second half. I need a beer or something to help calm down! |
