Only seen the highlights but it looked like Chair was playing more central and further up the field. Is that correct? Mbengue looked very good going forward, again, was that consistent throughout the game?

I was also shocked. Even if he was a fraud, or whatever he was being accused of, he didn’t deserve to be hounded as he was. As if there aren’t more important and consequential things going on in the world right now.
As player interviews go I thought this was pretty decent. He seemed fairly switched on an articulate. Also really like that they filmed at the Trellick Tower, a stones throw from our birthplace. I think it’s really important to keep our links to the area, it’s what I strongly associate with the club.
Infantino has consistently been tone deaf. I did wonder if it was a cultural thing, a way of sucking up to power to get what you want. Now I'm sure he's simply a certified d*ck and shouldn't be anywhere near football.
IMO - the globalisation of football hasn't been a good thing. The premier league and media machine that's behind it is f*cking sh*t. The reality is, football isn't owned or for the fans. It's one of those meaningless lines like "lesson's will be learnt' or "an attack on them is an attack on all of us" when no lessons are ever learnt and it was clearly an attack on a specific group of people. If we can be honest about the state of the game then we can start to think about how to fix it. Another uncomfortable truth is that players are paid far too much money. It's totally warped the sport. I still enjoy watching football, but everything around it is toxic. I don't know what the solution is, but it can't carry on as it is.
