Wednesday night will be an indication as I'd guess quite a few ST holders will go, but cash buyers may not? And then there is the Leicester game. 15k, maybe 20k at most with at least 2.5k being Leicester? |

Excellent piece again A1079, and pretty much shared opinion as most proper Saints fans at the moment
One question I'd ask all is if we weren't season ticket holders (well to those that are) , would we still go to SMS and spend £40 or 50 for each game or whatever it costs to watch these dire performances and generally see our club slowly die under this ownership |

There is talk that if Whammers do let him go with the salary being a stumbling block, that they'd be prepared to subsidise the salary. And IF he came here, not sure such a good idea though, they'd have to do that |

The only slight hope is that we've got another game at home before then

Bottom line is, if we do not go up this seson we will struggle over the next 3 or 4 seasons in the promotion race unless there is a major change of thinking from the owners in the way they run the club. Also their objectives which seem to be profit first, first team on the field second and gain an ambition the same as the supporters. ie. minimum mid table or above Premier League team as we were not that long ago

That's a difficult one. Firstly, it must be embarrassing for any player to see someone come in to your position (and you're only allowed one keeper on the field as far as I know!) and then you be shipped out, so therefore he'll play his bollox off to show what we're really missing, but also he will have a better defence in front of him so it probably won't make much difference?
I'd say don't let him play as their normal 2nd choice keeper must be pretty cr@p if they need to bring Baz in as 1st choice even if temporarily |
