Well you must be some kind of medical person, to say its very mild, and surely the fault lies with the DVLA if they are renewing his licence on his medical condition.
And as money he's either on the lower level, around ยฃ300 or the higher level of around ยฃ450.

Concerning your second paragraph, what are you classing as a minor condition? He's obviously over the age of 66, and the Council tax deduction must be a single person living on their own. |

Can't argue with that, but it doesn't stop me being concerned with people a lot less well off.
There a lot who lost their wfa are now going to be clobbered with welfare cuts.

The pips are going to squeezed this afternoon (pardon the pun) but the cuts are going to cut deep, I don't think this is what a lot of Labour voters voted for.

Not in the least, I can understand 20 mph in certain areas, but 50mph on large swathes of motorway is madness.
You are going along at 70 fine, then the 50 comes traffic bunches up, back to 70 the traffic is free flowing again |
