big ask for nourry to learn from this season mistakes when lets be honest he dosnt seem to want to . coach to hibs ? we went up from train with the lsa dont remember a coach going up for that one or the following sat when we played st mirren another long day trip by train its was an early start and a bloody long train trip up and back on the sat.
youngsters today are way worse than we was back in the day , mainly because our main intrest at the time was having a few beers and watching the game not anything u can find to stick up our noses which is footballs isue these days , and being desperate to get to the bar before half time .and usualy staying there
for somebody who by his own admision dosnt care why suddenly from nowhere jump on a thread divert the thread or to be honest try to to the thompson years not the subject intended , seems a tad weird to me . but each to ther own i suppose , nothing supprises me at the moment |

thinks its commonly regarded as a tough league to get out of , prob better than most of european leagues and has way more to it than the average premiership game ,
sounkds like from ur days of travelling on the lsa coaches that ur not a regular these days whys that ? think most of us agree esp in recent seasons the football is not the main part of the day , its meeting with old friends maybe having a beer ( i dont drink ) basically a social event for many , thiose me included enjoy followin the team around the country week in week out , to be honest but maybe im a sad geek , its more enjoyable than id say knocking a gold ball round for 4/5 hours in all weathers but maybe im weird.
u never did reply as to weather nourry shoud be relieed of his duties after by your own admissions a pretty poor first full season with recruitment and his genearl demeanor to the fans and management |

dont think any manager would want to answer quesrtion with a baby sitter alongside him to be honest , i dont think he would have an issue its hard to say as so far hes been kept in the cupboard not allowed it seems to speak on his own two feet , why any experiences manager would need an advisor on hand is a weird thing , if they had no english skills yes , but marti is fluent in englsih comes across as a person who would speak it as it is , unlike nourry who at the fans forum didnt actually anser any of the qestions asked of him , he did come up with some nicely pre arranged videos to deflect some questions though , marti and calm new contract the bizzare we triggered dembeles contract after 5 games played .
its a shame nourry wont have a second fans forum this season and actually answer the questions and there would be plenty asked thats for sure .
and u feel sorry for a fan who wants to go to as many games as hes able to ok u prob feel sorry for clive myself and others who get up at stupid oclock to watchg 11 half arsed players trapse about esp in recent weeks but maybe the modern fotobal fan just dosnt get that part of being a fan . |

intresting last point so reading that right ur agsint marti being able to speak to fans groups podcast etc ? seems rather heavy , not aware of any other clubs whio blanket ban a manager from chatting to fans in various ways , why is it a good idea that marti is controilled in speaking on his own to groups ? worried he may not carry the club line ? might say something which dosnt sit well with our chairman . CEO ?
do you agree hes bucked the trend to avoid having a second fans forum this season and elected to go with the pre loaded questions formats hes gone with ?
Do you think tony inzenzo has missed a game ? fair few fans do but he still says hes never missed a game since the world was created , hes not actually paid to see that many games but thats a side issue obv .
as you was around in the 90s you obv no the clubs number one fan do you think hes good for the club as a side question ? id like to see somebody else given some programme space my self , chris guy clive, there are some excellent wel versed fans out there producing content , anyway thats going off subject but would be intrested in a viewpoint if u have one
oh and as u dont sem to think nourry has done a decent job in transfers etc do you think the club should look to appt somebody who actually knows a decent footballer when he sees on and dosnt just fire up the laptop for a full back striker etc , you didnt give many positives for maybe he should leave this summer and they b

Anyway steve its great we are going to what could or should have been but any chance of going back to the actual subject in hand and thats your old mate Nourry some of your posts remind me of somebody visiting his dear old grandad in a carehome trying to have a chat with him about the times he can remember , some parts are very similar to our very own terry cinzanos programme notes,did he ever miss a game what do you reckon ? I think he has done but thats my own view point obv
Do u think hes above all criticism?
Has he done a good . Excellent job with the transfers
Does he understand the championship ?
Do you think the club made a mistake appointing somebody who prob struggled to get into a poor sunday league side each week ?
do you think he should actually speak in english to the fans and not hide as he seems to have done , one fans forum which was so pre loaded it was laughable.
do you think he should let or have let Marti speak to fans groups . podcasts or do you think locking him away in the closet and pretty much banning him is the best way forward .

you keep refering to thompson spening his money , he didnt have any , it was well known he was given the club to run by his dad to see how we would do running a company , we was the unfortunate victims of that exercise.
noted u travelled up on the LSA coaches back in the day we must have crossed paths numerous times then as I was also a reg on the coaches with trevor peter joe etc good fun days , nobody trying to get brownie points by being on the inside either , id say the myths were pretty truthful at the time to be honest , just that some still dont seem to like them , weird how stuff from them days can be interpreted in which ever way suits todays narrative ? |

wouldnt say 6/6 signing to be honest but we in one fell swoop started the downfall by not looking to the next few seasons and only looking at next season ,
we all know the cup record is the worst out there who can forget vauxhall motors etc . i disagree we had reached. a ceiling the playin field was fairly equal sky money hadnt come in to feck it all up either . it was the time to actually consolidate what we had and slowly move on .
and not really seen much in the way or stroires being relased by certain parties apart frm this one , any viewpoints on why nourry wont allow marti et to speak to podcasts fans groups etc and controls anything said totally ? does he not trust marti to drop him in the shit ? |

argument is we was on the up with the usual couple of players short to really push on , yes great profit no doubt but we was also much weaker , seem to remember yates being in and out of the side a lot when peacock was ever present .
u mentioned earlier about various factions within the club and only one winner , that sounds like nourry is feeling the pressure and looking for any support he can get and maybe also trying to force marti and calm out of the club . would this be a correct way if reading that comment ?

thompson was part of that downfall though selling players and not bringing in replacements . wasnt it peacock he sold for 2.5 mill and replaced him with a youth player . he did make the club money but in a few transfers also destroyed what chance we had to maybe move up a notch , thats down to him. |

football has changed a lot since thompson was in charge and he was also guilty , i dont trust nourry atall havent trusted him since he arrived , wont answer a question when asked seems like he is the only man who can talk at the club keeps marti lokce away from talking to anyone , if we stay up this season i fear what lower foreign league players he will want to bring in to replace the back four an half the midfield , in the summer , his recruitment is poor he has taken the remit of buying cheap to sell on way to importantly , u cant blood hald a team with players who have no iea about this league , an expect them to do well an flourish , that saleabe player wuickly becomes casnnon fooder for opponents an it never seen again . |

id imagine its pretty hard for him to be able get players up for games when most prob wont here next season and some who will be here who arent upto the job .
some have already been phoming it in for the last weeks some will never be the right sort of player for what we need his hands are pretty much tied .
my self im very worried about the quality of the new player likely to be brought in during the summer by nourry. who dosnt seem to fancy young up an coming english players . |
