Gaza sorry are you on a wind up it’s been well documented since marti came inhis the system works as coach.a coach says we are weak in these particular areas , the club opens up its laptop no sticks in a serious of numbers and low and behold a list of players who fit that role appear .
When u run a club as it’s being run the buck stops at one person every one reports to himnot to the coach fitness guys , methodology guys even steve I don’t do says bould reports to nourry and dosnt Sit on the bench .which even in our mental club is way more mental than it should be . |

Can u honestly belive any sane coach would have continued to play varanne this season before and after his injury hes been let’s say pony , no why would any club want to play him week in week out ? Yep he like madson was before his impact injury is a cash cow ,two reputed enquires for varanne in Jan and august play him to maximise the transfer feee , results don’t matter as long as my theory is proved correct but cheap sell high. Nourry is top of the food chain , hes responsible for the running of the club
his experience of running anything is zero hes never run anything in his life time
so how can somebody whos in charge of an organisation with around 150 employees look to make the right decisions on hiring the right person ?
His own Cv. is barely two pages and thats if he include the paper round he did during his huge experience in football and journalism.
hHs running the club based on what experience ?
Hes settting styleof play based on what ?
Hes taking people on based on what ?
Hes running the club based on a theory and stats thats all not experience hes binning players of based on the same theory ,
Hes telling experienced players thaat they wont be playing for the club again one week them hammering in them two days before a game to bring them up to fitness only for the usual impact injury to take them out for likely the season.
so yes it is all down to nourry hes broight these clowns in |

my understanding was he came in around xmas when warburton had us close to the play offs , rumnours of him upsetting the apple cart behind the scenes at the time in the run in. seen most macth days walking up south africa road with various american friends etc usually with his wife , what he does at the club no idea atall hes not got much hair to loose so hard to tell really. |

chair hasnt been seen in how long
all of these are leaders on and off the pitch there was an incident with mbengue at a corner dunne told him three or four times where to mark he irngired him dunne litterly pushed him and he still ignored him .
having cook back steadied the ship last night esp in the first half when it was the usual custers last stand and another likely hammering , hes now unlikley to be seen again with yet another impact injury.
when the same problem williams is allowed to feck off to dubai and work via zoom and themn come back and get promoted to allow him to have fingers in even more pies , well that says things aint gonna get any better. and whos letting him do that nourry .
Nourry is totally utterly out of his depth hes brought in fans favs to keep the punters happy for a few months with edwards and saito , yet hes trying to run the club and all its facets like a computer game , football isnt like that its about people behind the scenes , having good eggs around the club not binning people like furlong off because suddenly his face dosnt fit what was the statement we want to go in a new direction with the dev s isnt a dev sqaud about winning games and bringing players through to the first team ?

As I work in recruitment , and come across cvs as part of it , to this day I’ve no idea how his cv was looked at even somebody verbally upselling him would struggle to get more than five mins worth of good stuff on him . So how did he even be considered for this and the numerous other jobs hes now doing ? It made zero sense then and even less sense now ,Beale hoodwinked us but nourry has gone up a level with conning the owners .
Hoos really ought to be made to explain the process to the owners and then the fans because I can’t work it out in any logical way . It’s like an educated Scott jones got the job and if anyone remembers him he said had every job u see the sun during his varied life. |

As mark said whats has happeend was always liekly to happen as soon as nourry was given the role , although have to admit the levels he has made us sink to have even supprised me .
soonas he got rid of marti he was always going to appot a YES man to protect his project , he upsold him massively as he was the only coach we watned which was proven to be garbage not long ago after a odcast by the previous norwich manager , that chat prob happened around the burnley game , marti was still in charge then .
williams being allowed to zet up zoom appts from duabai should have set off alarm bells for more people his coming back and being given even more power pretty much confirmed how the future would be .
its weel known hoos wanted out and saw the first person to give him that as the answer but as it seems once again hoos is saying things he prob shoudlnt hes once again turned tail and gone the other way protecting his arse once again ,
issue is nourry has now spent the money we had , The eze money , and prob a few quid found down the back of the highchair , the project so far hasnt worked his his value sales are becoming cheaper after every defeat the Baller kids coming through that will set the leaague alight prob dont even know how to use a lighter the fear for the future is way way higher than its been for ages as how many last chance saloons do we need to be in before we fecuk up for the final time ?

nourry against an experienced agent , yeah my money is on the agent tying him up in knotts , so its highly likley noirrys wanted to keep cook on the sidelines had to play him then shat himself when he found he was close to having to give him another deal due to games played , there is no logical reason otherwise not to play him |

The issue is nourry dosnt make mistakes so to sack him would say hang on ive fecked up here , so thats unlikely to happen , prob a well engineered family not settled in the uk statment so we have unfortunatly let him leave , small pay off and lets find another mug willing to work under this regime,
all they need to say is yes sir and you got the job and off we go again |
