Good luck getting a 100 million for that piece of land esp before the HS2 is built .its was a shit idea when TF wanted it and its even more of a shit idea now , only plus point is being a brown field site it would be fairly easy to get a football stadium approved ,long old trek from the corwn on a match day as well

seems very late to come up with this though . thought under the new rules accts had to be done before the usual tax year to allow for them to take month to decide how to punich clubs .

when its been brought up at fans forums they wheel the catering guy out for his five mins oif fame , staffing always an issue , solutions how many students do we have on our doorsteps these days ? sheff united do it and they are surrounded by students looking for cash , would be easy to set up and bring more into the club on a match day , club wouldnt be tied to a certain brand of beer food either.

compared to recent games kolli was poor , think the only time i saw him bust a gut to close a player down was as the subs were warming up before then back to normal with lack of energy which is a shame for him as now burrell is back hes gonna be back to sub appearences prob.

who does chair replace though ? vale ? smith ?
both have contributed plenty recently so both hard to drop esp if we carry on with two up front ,

think sat was the only game for a while we missed chair , it was very run of the mill sort of football nothing inventive , even smith by his recent performances seemed off the pace , kolli did next to nothing as well. suppose we went for it late on with the subs but nothing really changed performance wise either.

Best wishes worst day of anyones lives , losing my black lab kasper valentines day covid year still kills me now, followed me everywhere u name it , docile and dopey , but put a cooked burger in the same postcode as him and it was gone wthin a sec , his record at a bbq weas four fully cooked Burgers and all the add ons kethcup bun bacon tommato as an ex rescue and being a lab his i want food part of his brain was always on overdrive. he had a fart which could clear a room in under 5 secs , always denied it was him though until he slowly turnd back to smell his backside, of the dogs ive had he was the boy that ill always miss

it does get easier eventually but the silance is the hardest thing to get used and any one whos ever owned a lab always know silence means hes doing somethig. he shoudlnt do usually eating

Petroleum….
at 22:32 2 Apr 2026

Was reading today thats highly likely to happen by the end of April.

Glad I went the Ev route last summer weirdly our night time charging rates gone down to 5.2pfrom 7p yesterday so even cheaper for us to fill the car up .

Remember the last time petrol was in short supply driving to various petrol stations at midnight and waiting and hour for half a tank of petrol not fun
