To be fair if I was on the data base and this was my first opportunity to get tickets and they sold before I got one I'd be pretty p!ssed off!

Not sure who is handling the phone side of it but if you're struggling to get through and they give you 'press option 1 to get through to ticket sales' I have got through straight away pressing 2 on my phone. Ticketmaster I have done this twice before to get Hibs cup final tickets. Worth a try?
