Non Rangers PCTech advice please 20:39 - Sep 14 with 1933 views

A work provider has offered to allow me access to his booking system on his PC to take work .

He wants me to use Remote Desktop , it would make life easier for me but he is a bit of a control freak and has a good knowledge of network systems .

Could he use the connection in reverse ? IE access my own PC here at home ? .

I am self taught where computers are concerned and dont really understand how it works .

Buy yourself a cheap tablet and use that solely for accessing his desktop, he can pry as much as he likes then.

I believe you need to click a pop up box to give external admin rights but it would worry me

I use CITRIX on my home PC for work and I'm paranoid about that!!!
