Huge, faceless mega-corporations like SSP and KPMG own pretty much every worthwhile food unit nowadays and try to over time wipe out any independent traders. One day, there'll only be those barstirreds left. Then price goes up, size, value and quality down.
Incredibly difficult for the average joe to compete against corporations with more power than whole countries. And the corruption that goes hand in hand. We'll bid for a site, offer much more, won't get it. |  | | |
