The Red Bull quartet of clubs haven't suffered individually, quite the opposite at the moment I think.
I understand the inclination to despair. This isn't how football was, nor should be. But it will never be the the local game on Saturday at 3:00pm that it used to be. So smaller teams, (and I'd include ourselves in that category) have to find new ways to flourish. This should be better than the arbitrary loan system that exists at the moment. At least players would be moving within the same club culture and playing systems. |
The Red Bull clubs are slightly different to the City model. UEFA considered whether the Red Bull structure infringed the Ownership rule when Leipzig and Salzburg both qualified for the Champions League in the 2017/2018 season. Their clubs are individually structured with independent management. City is integrated.

I would be guessing.
However, the relationship between the other Pozzo clubs in the 12/13 season, whereby 10 players were loaned from Udinese and 2 from Greneda, both of which the Pozzos owned at the time, was the reason that the EFL changed the rule on player loans to a maximum of 5 in the match day squad.
In spite of my reservation on guessing, the suggestion is that they are integrated, which would cause them a problem if both Watford and Udinese competed in the same UEFA competition in the same season. | | | |

If it benefits QPR then i'm all for it. However the thought of Tune group running 2 clubs fills me with dread as they cant even run just the one club. |  |
