Max 20MPH all roads within congestion charge not that I drive there but just a warning to those that do

Our vans are tracked, I got pulled in the office the other day for doing 22.9 mph in a 20 zone, get loads of abuse off other motorists as we all set our limiters to 20 . Our managers say it’s the other motorists problem as we are driving at the legal limit.
