Bit more on the Sheff Wed Points deduction, seems the EFL wanted them to lose the points last season but due to pursuing the second charge of deception that delayed the case to a time when points coming off last season was not possible

Because they went into Administration 3 times in 5 years AND they were found guilty of 56 financial irregularities !
And it was more than 27 points.
