EU countries begging the vaccine off the UK on 15:02 - Apr 6 by felixstowe_jack
You are missing two clear distinctions . Left wing labour were in power for 13 years and they had no problems installing CCTV cameras throughout the UK. Labour's London mayor has also installed thousands . London probably has more per head of the population than the rest of the UK.
Labour has not been in power for over a decade. This new police bill is a construction of this right wing govt

Correct protecting the public from riots, vandalism and criminal damage while protecting people's right to peacefully protest is the policy of a right of centre party.
Pity labour could never do that.
Not sure what this has to do with the EU begging for vaccine. Why don't you start your own thread on that, rather than going of topic again.

That's not what this bill is about. The legislation includes provisions to crack down on demonstrations if they are too noisy or cause “serious annoyance”,
The most draconian law ever passed in this country, and you are happy with this?

Why should commuters trying to get to work be stopped from doing so by extinguish rebellion protesters get on top of tube trains to stop them.
The rights of the majority to earn a living far outwirght thr rights of a few extremists to stop them.

A good law .
I hate to break this to you, but the idea of a protest is to do something different, to draw attention to the cause, whatever it may be. I wonder if the Suffragettes shared your nice cosy views of the world

People are still allowed to peacefully protest no change there.
The union flying pickets use to protest, bully, assault, harras people who did not agree with them. Thankfully laws were introduced to allow people to go about their legal business unmolested. It is called progress.
People are not allowed to riot, cause criminal damage and break laws . It is called democracy.

Protests by their very nature are loud and boisterous, the clue is in the name. It's about drawing attention to the particular cause, if they were quiet nobody would know about them. It's censorship. If you are happy with that then god help this country

Nothing chsnged with new legislation just makes it easier for our brave police to enforce current laws.

It's the security services....who is watching the watchers?
And really who cares? I have nothing to hide, I am not a criminal. Aside from a few MPH over the limit now and again the worst thing I do is sometimes mix up the recycling. I was taking the mick with that post but honestly, those people who try so hard NOT to be watched or tracked, they are far more likely to come to someones attention and they'll ask why? What have you got to hide?
If they want to watch me buying new pants or chocolate Hobnobs they are more than welcome. If they want to watch me going to fetch my wife from work, have they nothing better to do?
But when there's a crash on the roads, when some scumbag rapes that girl or mugs that OAP, when some dirtbag sells drugs that kills someones kid, then I say put more cameras up. If it leaves us safe and free to walk the streets without fear then I'm all for it.
Im genuinely not arsed if the State knows what I am up to. Neighbours a different matter though.

Conspiracy theorists believe what they want to believe. It is as simple as that, whether it's 9/11, covid or Elvis being alive.
I hate covid and everything that comes with it, I'd love it to be a conspiracy theory of false positive tests or government control. It's completely obvious it isn't.
I think the second wave in the UK put pay to most of the purveyors of this nonsense, they have to revert to transhumanism in Peru now. I can't believe I've written that sentence. People actually believe this stuff.
The BBC, academics, China, Trump, Ardern, Putin and my mates who are Dr's are all in on it but some unqualified nut job on a Christian right wing blog has actually uncovered the truth. Of course.
The Internet is dangerous.
It is laughable. If a vaccine is one way of taking these clowns out of society I'm all for it.
This is how they've managed to pull off the biggest psychological operation of our times ... “Hypnotherapists and psychologists have been noticing blatant hypnosis and NLP techniques being used by the government and state-controlled media. Fractionation: You get them to do something not once, but again and again, increasing the level of intensity each time. Usually you do it 3 times. (At the first lockdown I said - watch out, there'll be a 2nd and a 3rd) This increases compliance - you're much more likely to get them to do whatever you want. A 'Yes' set: Get them to say 'Yes' to something small at first (just three weeks to flatten the curve) then gradually increase (months of lockdown, Christmas cancelled, socially/economically coerced into vaccines). In this way they're much more likely to keep saying yes. (There would've been riots if they'd said in March lockdowns will carry on through Christmas) Confusion: Keep them in a constant state of uncertainty. The conscious mind responds to this by 'going offline' as it searches for the appropriate response for something it has no precedent for. Then it's much easier for the manipulator to gain access to the unconscious mind and change belief systems. For example, lockdown rules are changing on practically a day-to-day basis; we're living in a world we've never lived in before, everyone's stumbling about with no idea how to behave. We've no energy left to fight our oppressors. Repetition: Repeat the same information over and over (see any newspaper / TV news even the radio for evidence of this) Illusion of Choice Make them believe they're in control by giving them 2 choices, both of which lead to the same result. For example, 'Do you want the Pfizer or the Oxford?' or 'You can choose to be good or bad. Bad = more lockdown. Good = more lockdown.' “Social Proof" "Look, all these great celebrities are backing it!" The odd one who got ill but is now better. A few elderly famous people die ‘with’ Covid. ”Scarcity" "You'll have to wait your turn for the vaccine... we might be running out” And so many more. All classic psychological control techniques. Once you see it, you can't un-see it...

That's why it says too much noise or serious annoyance. We can accept there will be a certain amount of noise, we can accept there may be diversions.
We can't accept bullying, violence, criminal damage, not in the name or guise of legal protests.
Peaceful protest means peaceful, not violent or overly disruptive, or don't you agree?
I expect you don't because you're soooooo controversial.
