We're going Friday coming back Sunday to avoid it all, but they reckon it's going to be 35 degrees Friday so we'll probably get stuck on the bendy rails now. Three games in it's already the season that keeps on giving.

got on the 10 past 10 train no problem due to a lot of people walking away as queue was long, was back at Farringdon before 11 [Post edited 10 Aug 2022 14:17]

Gave up on queuing for shite expensive beer at football grounds years ago.
I don't see the fascinating of travelling half way round the country, only to miss half the game drinking that crap.
I have mates who miss most of the 2nd half of away games drinking, and then leave early to go back to a pub.
