How and when do they get credited?

Renewed membership, 2 Watford tickets and 4 Ipswich tickets and no points credited. Anyone else had an issue?

Looking back I only seem to have been credited points for away games

Usually points are updated very quickly. If you're showing no points I'd give the box office a call.
