That's not true. Over 6000 were enforced returns. Each category shows an increase on the previosu government too.
24000 is streching things a bit and does include voluntary returns, but an increase is an increase.

You're not wrong. When I was 23 I was working 77 hours per week in a pub, doing cellar work/bottling up/cleaning in the morings through to locking up and tidying up and not getting home til midnight and this is before 24 hour opening.
Youngsters today don't want the hard slog, they expect good hours on good money at entry level.
Uni grads won't take on jobs they see as below them because they have a degree so a phone shop or cleaning job is below them.
Work doesn't just pay the bills, it's much better than sitting around the house all day | | | |
